Purpose and scope of the procurement

The procurement aims to ensure access to current legal information through a web-based service. IVO employees need readily available legal information.

The procurement covers six (6) tender areas. IVO intends to sign Agreements with a (1) Bidder in the respective tender area. Bidders may choose to tender for one (1) or more tender areas.

The number of employees who need the service may change during the contract period, which is why IVO should be able to switch users and both add and remove users.
