The subject of the contract is the collection and transport, in order to further manage waste with the code 20 02 01 - Biodegradable waste from the area of the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o., at Staroprzygodzka 121, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski.

The subject of the contract is the collection and transport, in order to further manage waste with the code 20 02 01 - Biodegradable waste from the area of the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o., at Staroprzygodzka 121, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. Waste with code 20 02 01 will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in a loose form. The Ordering Party stipulates that in its composition the waste may contain plastic bags – a waste collection system at the source (bag, containers). Waste covered by this order should be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions allowing the treatment of this waste, in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect and the processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. Collection of waste will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in terms of transport and insurance costs for the time of transport and unloading. The amount of waste with the code 20 02 01 during the term of the contract will be approximately 500 Mg. The Contractor will provide the waste collection service using its own means of transport on working days from 07:00 to 17:00. The place of waste collection is the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o. in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Staroprzygodzka 121, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. Collection of waste by the Contractor will take place in consultation with the Ordering Party. In addition, the Contractor shall inform the Ordering Party, via e-mail or telephone, about the registration number of the vehicle with which the collected waste will be transported and indicate the name and surname of the driver of this vehicle at the latest one day before the collection of waste. Loading will take place with the Ordering Party's equipment - a charger. The Contractor will collect waste by means of transport enabling loading with the Ordering Party's equipment, the maximum height of the side of the semi-trailer truck does not exceed 4.2 m, counting from the ground. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will be carried out using the Ordering Party's scale with a legalization certificate, located in the RZZO. The Customer's weight has a weighing accuracy of up to +/- 20 kg. Weighing will be confirmed each time by a WZ document. The Ordering Party shall settle accounts with the Contractor on the basis of waste transfer cards, concerning the month to be settled, and an invoice properly issued by the Contractor. The unit price for 1 Mg calculated by the Contractor will be the basis for determining the amount due for the amount of waste actually collected in a given month. The unit price takes into account all costs of the Contractor, including m.in transport and waste management costs. Upon handing over the waste to the Contractor by the Ordering Party, all benefits and burdens associated with them and the risk of their accidental loss or damage shall pass to the Contractor, in particular he assumes responsibility for the waste issued, for proper handling of it and for the consequences resulting therefrom. The Contractor, after processing the waste, shall provide the Ordering Party with an appropriate statement containing information on the name and address of the installation in which the waste provided by the Ordering Party was processed and the method (process) of their management. This statement should be submitted to the Ordering Party by 10 July 2022 for the first half of 2022 and by 10 January 2023 for the second half of 2022. The Contractor assumes responsibility for the accepted waste and the proper handling of waste and the resulting consequences. The Contractor shall be liable, in particular, for the acts of omission of its staff and subcontractors which it used to perform the subject of the contract, including the entity being the final recipient.
