The entire object of the order is the acquisition and marketing of approximately 28,600 t of the waste fraction paper, cardboard and cardboard (PPK or waste paper) from the municipal collection in the disposal area of the Zweckverband Entsorgungsregion West (ZEW) for proper recycling.

An exception to this is PPK from the municipal collection of the city of Aachen.

The client (AG) commissions the contractor (Contractor) as a third party in accordance with § 22 KrWG with the takeover and exploitation of PPK from municipal collection.

The contract will be awarded in 3 lots. The total amount of municipal PPK is divided into 3 lots over 2 locations. In detail, the division of lots is as follows:

Lot 1: 10,200 t/a at the site of the Warden waste disposal centre, in 52249 Eschweiler

Lot 2: 10,200 t/a at the site of the Warden waste disposal centre, in 52249 Eschweiler

Lot 3: 8,200 t/a at the site of the Horm waste disposal centre, in 52493 Hürtgenwald/Horm
