The purpose of this contract is to assist Smitom on a legal, technical and financial level and to carry out the following missions:

- pre-operational study of a third furnace line;

- establish the balance sheet of the DSP contract;

- define the precise scope, service and performance levels of the future DSP (or other legal arrangement) for the treatment of household and similar waste;

- organize and monitor the entire procedure for awarding the DSP (or other legal arrangement) and contracts.
