In order to carry out necessary investigations on specific tasks of the infrastructural development of the airport area and the associated buildings, Fraport AG intends to conclude a framework agreement for the next 3 years (option: 1st extension by 3 years, 2nd extension by 2 years) for project development services, in particular requirements planning and structural feasibility studies for new buildings, conversions or extensions of existing buildings, in particular Terminal facilities.
The project developments can be new buildings as well as conversions or extensions of existing buildings. In this context, infrastructure measures such as right of way may also have to be planned. The building construction measures are taking place in the area or in connection with seven different area functions at Frankfurt Airport.
The subject of the contract is project development services.
The number and fee volume of individual orders per year cannot be predicted. The expected order volume is approx. € 400,000 net per year (with corresponding linear adjustment for terms during the year).

For this award procedure, project development services are to be provided by the framework contract partner after corresponding service calls (individual commissions).
The scope of services refers to requirements planning services, including requirements analysis and requirements design, which are required, among other things, for the project development of terminal facilities as well as service and administration buildings at Frankfurt Airport. The scope of services also refers to services that are required for the preparation of the master planning master planning documents (airport master plan and terminal master plan).
Individual orders can be designed as step-by-step orders.
The following is also pointed out:
(i) The framework agreement partner does not receive exclusivity status, i.e. Fraport reserves the right to continue to award contracts for certain airport planning services separately.
(ii) Fraport is not subject to an acceptance obligation, i.e. Fraport is free to commission services on the basis of the framework agreement or not.
(iii) Reference is made to contract renewal options in Section II.2.7.
(iv) The total maximum value is approximately EUR 1,200,000 (net) during the fixed term of 3 years
For the receipt of the complete procurement documents, the information under VI.3 must be taken into account. Interested companies must submit a confidentiality agreement.
