More specifically, this market includes the widening of existing double-track bridges in order to place a 3 e way. Also, the slope and hydraulics of the 3 e already installed, for which the construction of a retaining wall and several fortified slopes is necessary. To do this, limited adjustments to the existing equipment of the lanes are necessary.

The works include the different structures:

- KW07 Route Ostend: ferry bridge,

- KW08 Tempelhof: ferry bridge,

- STM06 Retaining wall with 3 levels of green earthworks.

In this market the embankment for the third lane is also constructed, including drainage and necessary earthworks. At the same time, there is road work.

Track work for the development of the third lane is not included in this market.

The catenary works of the 3 e way are limited to:

- the development of foundations,

- adaptation to existing structures where necessary.

Signaling work on the third lane is limited to:

- displacement of existing cables and cable ducts,

- relocation of an existing signaling box.
