The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from the area of the Orneta Municipality
and their transport to the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant indicated by the Municipality. Indicated
Municipal Waste Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as IPOK) is the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant
Municipal Waste Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Olsztyn, 53 Lubelska Street (hereinafter referred to as ZGOK), i.e. ZGOK za
through the transfer station in Mediny and/or directly ZGOK Waste collection service
includes all inhabited and uninhabited immovable property located within the boundaries of the
administrative burdens of the Municipality of Orneta.
1. Specification of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from the area of the Orneta Municipality and its transport to the Municipal Waste Treatment Installation indicated by the Municipality. The Municipal Waste Treatment Plant indicated by the Municipality (hereinafter referred to as IPOK) is Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnych Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Olsztyn, 53 Lubelska Street (hereinafter referred to as ZGOK), i.e. ZGOK through the transfer station in Medyny and/or directly ZGOK The municipal waste collection service covers all inhabited and uninhabited properties located within the administrative borders of the Municipality of Orneta.
2.Object range of the order:
1) The service of collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties includes:
a) collection of mixed municipal waste and separately collected municipal waste listed in Table 3 of the SOPZ Chapter III of the Terms of Use "at source", i.e. directly from the owners of all properties located in the Orneta Commune, where residents live and where no residents live, and municipal waste is generated,
b) collection of expired medicines collected by residents at collection points for expired medicines located in pharmacies and health clinics located in the city of Orneta, along with equipping them with marked containers for collecting expired medicines. A list of points and a description of containers for expired medicines is included in Table 4 of the SOPZ of Chapter III of the Terms of Reference.
c) organization, maintenance and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in the Orneta Municipality in the city of Orneta. PSZOK collects municipal waste supplied by the owners of real estate located in the Orneta Municipality listed in Table No. 5 of the SOPZ of Chapter III of the Terms of Reference. d) transport of municipal waste collected "at source", i.e. directly from the owners of real estate located in the Orneta municipality where residents live and where no residents live, and municipal waste is generated, collected in PSZOK (excluding waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03 referred to in § 1 section 4 point 5 of the SOPZ Chapter III of the Terms of Reference), collected at out-of-date medicine points and collected as part of the "exhibition" campaign to IPOK
2) Estimated total amount of municipal waste, i.e. mixed and selectively collected municipal waste, planned to be generated in the Orneta Municipality during the implementation period of the subject of the contract, i.e. from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024 will amount to approximately 3 260 Mg, including: - mixed municipal waste – approx. 1 972 Mg - separately collected municipal waste – approx.
1 288 Mg
Attention:
1) The Contractor shall not settle the amounts due for the delivered municipal waste covered by the subject of the contract to IPOK. Invoices for waste management will be paid by the Municipality of Orneta.
2) The subject of the contract does not include the transport of construction and demolition waste from renovations referred to in § 1 section 4 point 5 of the SOPZ Chapter III of the Terms of Reference (i.e. waste code 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03) to IPOK
3. A detailed description, scope and manner of performance of the contract is presented in the Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract in Chapter III of the Terms of Use and in the Draft agreement of Chapter IV of the Terms of Reference.
