Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

Sealing work:

- Vapor barrier cold self-adhesive bitumen waterproofing membranes: approx. 300 m²

- Vapor barrier bitumen welding membrane: approx. 200 m²

Screed work:

Flexural strength classes according to DIN EN13813: F 5 to F 7

- Cement screeds (CT) floating approx. 571 m²

- impact sound insulation approx. 571 m²

- thermal insulation approx. 176 m²;

The district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen is carrying out the general renovation of the Geretsried school centre. For this purpose, the services announced here and to be provided in the course of procurement are required for the trade screed work BA 5 in construction phase 5 (see II. 1.4).
