The purpose of this Framework Agreement, concluded in the form of purchase order contracts, is to designate control offices that will be responsible for carrying out technical inspection missions for the project owner in the context of certain of its construction activities and the improvement-reuse-rehabilitation of its existing assets. Successful applicants will be re-competitive as and when required through follow-on contracts.
The purpose of this lot is to appoint technical inspectors for:
Technical inspection mission for construction operations (housing or specific establishments such as EHPAD, MAS, RPA, etc.) and design-build contract with the following thresholds:
- Construction operation ranging from €100,000 excluding VAT to €999,999 excluding VAT
- Transaction between €1,000,000 excluding VAT and €2,999,999 excluding VAT
- Transaction over €3,000,000 excl. VAT
Maximum number of successful tenderers: 3
Maximum number of successful tenderers: 5
Volume: No minimum amount or quantity and no maximum amount but with the maximum contract volume of 40 operations per year.

- Transaction between €1,000,000 excluding VAT and €2,999,999 excluding VAT
- Transaction over €3,000,000 excl. VAT
