The TPM includes, among other things, the responsible organization and support of all processes necessary for the successful implementation of the natural gas conversion in the supply area of Energie- und Wasserversorgung Hamm GmbH, in particular with regard to the gas consumption devices to be collected and adapted (private, commercial, industrial), the planning and coordination of all service providers involved, the position of the IT system, materials management and communication with customers.
