The municipality of Kleinmachnow would like to re-allocate the school and after-school catering services for the schools and after-school care centers sponsored by the municipality for the school year 2021/2022 with the start of the contract on August 9, 2021 for a maximum of 4 years.

The framework service contract to be concluded includes the provision of children in 3 primary schools and one comprehensive school with healthy, child and age-appropriate school meals. The varied menu is offered in compliance with the recommendations of the general DGE quality standards, especially for school meals.

School meals are provided for a total of approx. 630 primary school students (age group 6-12 years) on school days (from Monday to Friday) and during the holiday periods in the after-school care center (outside of closing times) for approx. 175 students. In addition, school meals are provided for a total of around 50 secondary school students (age group 13-17 years) on school days (from Monday to Friday).

The catering services are to be provided on around 190 school days and 60 day-care centers.
