The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Municipality of Pruszków, including organizational units, budgetary establishments and cultural units of the Municipality of Pruszków and the City of Pruszków, for the needs of operating buildings, premises, utility facilities, supplying street lighting.
The individual electricity collection points will be accounted for by specific payers, according to the list of points (according to the annexes to the draft contract).
Contracts for the sale of electricity will be concluded by the Municipality of Pruszków and other organizational units of the Municipality of Pruszków (according to the annexes to the draft agreement).
As a result of the tender procedure, unit rates for energy will be determined

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Municipality of Pruszków, including organizational units, budgetary establishments and cultural units of the Municipality of Pruszków and the City of Pruszków, for the needs of operating buildings, premises, utility facilities, supplying street lighting - a total of 228 energy collection points.
Estimated amount of energy supplied in the delivery period 13 244 500,00 kWh, including energy settled:
a) round-the-clock (in groups G11, C11, C11o, C21, B21, R) – 12 788 228 kWh
b) in the peak zone (in groups C12a) – 31 630 kWh,
c) in the off-peak zone (in groups C12a) – 80 920 kWh,
d) day (in groups C12b, C22b) – 222 836 kWh,
e) night (in groups C12b, C22b) – 120 886kWh.
The contractual power for all collection points is 4,890.80 kW in total
Estimated quantities of energy demand are quantities used only to select the most advantageous offer of the Contractor.
The actual value will depend on the amount of energy consumed at each point.
The Ordering Party has concluded agreements with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. with its registered office in Lublin for the distribution of electricity for an indefinite period.
The individual electricity collection points will be accounted for by specific payers, according to the list of points (according to the annexes to the draft contract).
The Ordering Party declares that it is entitled to use the maximum price mechanism resulting from the Act of 27 October 2022 on extraordinary measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2243, as amended). The contracting authority belongs to the group of eligible recipients referred to in Article 2 point 2 letters d-e of the aforementioned Act.
