The contracting authority for this call for tenders is Regionalt Innkjøp i Kongsvingerregionen (RIIK). RIIK conducts the call for tenders, signs agreements and is the agreement manager on behalf of municipalities and intermunicipal companies that participate in the agreement (customers). Customers have many buildings, including offices, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, technical buildings, etc., and carry out investment/construction projects for their own activities. The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for joiners/building.

The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for the following:

— maintenance measures, replacement and alterations for the current buildings/facilities,

— reconstruction and smaller construction contracts.

This procurement is for joinery work/construction work. The work assignments will mainly include:

— internal and external work at municipal buildings in general; offices, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, technical buildings,

— work in wet rooms (wet room certificate),

— Work on roofs (certificate for heat work).

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e., tenders for the following parts:

— Solør: Grue, Våler and Åsnes municipalities,

— Odalen: Nord-Odal and Sør-Odal municipalities, and GIR's facilities in these municipalities,

— Kongsvinger: Kongsvinger Municipality, as well as GIR's installations in Kongsvinger,

— Eidskog: Eidskog Municipality, as well as GIR's installations in Eidskog.
