The purpose of the mixed supply and services contract is the supply of the infrastructure in the public cloud necessary for the adoption of services aimed at implementing the Digital Transformation Strategy of the City Council, as well as the administration, management and expert support services on the infrastructure provided. The Digital Transformation Strategy of the City Council includes, within its hybrid cloud axis "Madrid Multicloud", the applications Madrid Te Acompaña, Iguala, and its corresponding Landing Zone in the Azure cloud.
