Description:
Construction and delivery of reference stations of force units and Force moment measuring stations in the measuring range of 1Nm-5kNm together with the necessary equipment, delivery, commissioning and training

1. The Ordering Party's need is to build 5 (five) measuring stations (devices) meeting the minimum conditions described in points 1 - 5:

1) device No. 1 - built on the basis of a weight machine enabling measurements in the measuring range from 0.5 N to 100 N, divided into sub-ranges. Each sub-range in steps, position uncertainty of not more than 0,005 %;

2) device no. 2 - built on the basis of a weight machine enabling measurements in the measuring range from 10 N to 1 kN, divided into sub-ranges. Each measuring sub-range min. in 10 steps, a position uncertainty of no more than 0,005 %;

3) device No. 3 - built on the basis of a load machine enabling measurements in the measuring range from 2 kN to 100 kN divided into sub-ranges. Each measuring sub-range min. in 10 steps, a position uncertainty of no more than 0,005 %;

4) device No. 4 - built on the basis of a load machine with lever reinforcement will enable

Reference station of force unit up to 100 N

device No. 1 - built on the basis of a weight machine enabling measurements in the measuring range from 0.5 N to 100 N, divided into sub-ranges. Each measuring sub-range in steps, bench uncertainty of not more than 0,005 %

Reference position of unit of force up to 1 kN

device No. 2 - built on the basis of a weight machine enabling measurements in the measuring range from 10 N to 1 kN divided into sub-ranges. Each measuring sub-range min. in 10 steps, a position uncertainty of no more than 0,005 %;

Reference position of unit of force up to 100 kN:

device no. 3 - built on the basis of a load machine enabling measurements in the measuring range from 2 kN to 100 kN, divided into sub-ranges. Each measuring sub-range min. in 10 steps, a position uncertainty of no more than 0,005 %;

Part 4 - Position of the reference position of the unit of force up to 1 MN

device No. 4 - built on the basis of a load machine with lever reinforcement enabling measurements in the measuring range from 20 kN to 1 MN divided into sub-ranges. Each measuring sub-range min. in 10 steps, position uncertainty of not more than 0,005 % for measuring sub-ranges up to 100 kN, not more than 0,01 % for measuring sub-ranges up to 1 MN4) device No. 4 - built on the basis of a load machine with lever reinforcement enabling measurements in the measuring range from 20 kN to 1 MN divided into sub-ranges. Moment of force measuring station in the measuring range 1Nm-5kNm:

Device No. 5 - built on the basis of a machine enabling measurements in the measuring range from 1 Nm to 5 kNm with a possible division into measuring sub-ranges, allowing to achieve measurement uncertainty of not more than 0.02% in the measuring range from 20 Nm to 5 kNm.
