The monitoring-animation mission is based on a genuine advice and assistance service for owners. The incumbent will have to organize the actions to ensure the proper conduct of the monitoring-animation operation to make the device known to the public and partners and thus achieve the expected objectives, namely:

- improvement of housing occupancy conditions;

- improving the quality of housing in the city center;

- improvement of the urban environment in the city center market form: ordinary. Award of a single market. Contract concluded for an initial period of 21 months, from the date of notification until 31.12.2022. 2 × 24 month renewable contract.
