The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management of waste from the implementation of services provided by the Company in the field of receiving municipal waste from the owners of property operated by the Contracting Authority (mainly applies to properties on which residents do not reside) for the installation of mechanical-biological waste treatment, in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 with ism) The Order covers the development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, as well as the development of zoning of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, as well as zoning other segregated waste, including large-sized waste, green waste and biowaste.
The waste that the Contracting Authority will supply to the installation is waste from the delivery of the service associated with the collection of municipal waste from non-domiciled property owners with whom the Contracting Authority has concluded civil law contracts (...)
Zoning of segergated and other wastePart I includes the development of municipal waste, as well as the development of other segregated waste, including large-size, green and biowaste waste.
The subject of the contract shall include in particular the performance of services in the field of:
(a) the mechanical-biological processing of mixed municipal waste and the discharge from mixed municipal waste of fractions suitable in whole or in part for recovery;
(b) the processing of selectively collected green waste and other biowaste in accordance with the Waste Act (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended);
(c) conducting a mechanical and biological process of processing mixed municipal waste (subsieve fraction 0-80 mm) in accordance with the Waste Act (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended); a superset fraction (> 80 mm) of the current calorie law required should be transferred to for use as an alternative fuel;
(d) the storage of waste after the mechanical-biological process of processing of mixed municipal waste (stabilizate);
(e) sorting from mixed packaging waste and waste of secondary raw materials for recovery;
(f) the forecast quantity and type of waste intended for processing is included in the table below and the price form and amounts to a total of approximately፦ 1 000 Mg
(g) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantities given are estimates, show the possible size and scope of the object of the contract and may be helpful at the stage of preparation of the offer;
(h) The Contractor undertakes to accept an actual amount of waste, differing downwards or upwards from the forecast under the specified waste types (codes):
