Stadtwerke Witten GmbH is planning the construction of the new indoor swimming pool in the Annen district of Witten.

The aim is to rebuild the previous indoor swimming pool, which is structurally and technically destructive, in order to secure the task of school and club swimming as a service of general interest. In addition, the bathroom is to become more family-friendly in the course of the planned measures.

The following space program is to be implemented for the new building project:

- Demolition of the existing building

- New construction of indoor swimming pool

- 25 m pool with 6 lanes incl. 1m diving board and 3m platform

- Course/teaching pool (multifunctional with lifting floor)

- Children's paddling pool with age-appropriate attractions

- optional: Automatengastronomie

For the new construction of the indoor pool Annen, costs have been determined in advance. These amount to approximately EUR 18.00 million (net) for all measures. The total costs determined include the costs of cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276. Public funding has already been approved for the construction project.

The subject of this procurement procedure is the basic services for project management, project stages 1 to 5, areas of action A to E and certain special services according to AHO 2020.
