OPEN TELEMATIC PROCEDURE FOR THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH A SINGLE ECONOMIC OPERATOR PURSUANT TO ART. 54 PARAGRAPH 3 OF D. LGS. N. 50/2016 FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE SUPPORT SERVICE FOR INCLUSION IN EDUCATION AND SCHOOL IN FAVOR OF CHILDREN / PUPILS WITH DISABILITIES, CERTIFIED PURSUANT TO LAW 104/92, RESIDING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BELLARIA IGEA MARINA AND ATTENDING MUNICIPAL NURSERIES, MUNICIPAL AND STATE KINDERGARTENS, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF FIRST AND SECOND DEGREE STATE., for the duration of 4 years

The contractual method used is the framework agreement with a single economic operator provided for by c. 3 of art. 54 of Legislative Decree. n. 50/2016.

The duration of the framework agreement (excluding any options) is 4 (four) years, starting from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The duration of the application contracts is generally equal to the school year (period September – June). the service will actually end at the expiry of the last application contract stipulated in the four-year period, it is specified as of now that the application contract relating to the educational assistance service in the school environment for students attending secondary schools can be activated with effect from AS 2025/2026.
