freight forwarder contract whose purpose is the transport of freight by commercial sea (VMC), mainly to or from mainland France, on all the world's seas and oceans under cover of the MINARM, which may include pre- and post-carriage.Main service: Freight forwarder: Upon receipt of the request for a transport service, the Contractor shall seek and propose to MINARM the most efficient solution(s) for the réaliser.la transport service includes: All operations, from the handling of the cargo at the shipper's premises to the port of departure (pre-carriage), the sea crossing, to the delivery to the receiver at the holder's premises at the destination.The Holder must undertake to:- use all existing commercial maritime links to carry out the service ordered;- transport any container containing aeronautical parts and any complete helicopter (special case) only inside the ship;- implement procedures for forecasting and traceability/tracking of the cargo transported.For export, transport services include in particular the following operations:- export customs clearance;- embarkation operations; - maritime transport;- landing operations; until it is handed over to the receiver at the holder's premises on the port site or in its office.for import, from the time the cargo is taken over at the holder's premises on the port site; - boarding operations; -Shipping; - disembarkation operations; - Import customs clearance.The holder must be able to transport any type of cargo (excluding bulk) regardless of its nature and packaging.
