The CPAS Grez-Doiceau wants to build a new rest home. It is a sustainable project.
The market consists of 3 parts:
- the financing of the investment (s) selected by the contracting authority through the granting of a credit facility up to the amount (s) max. mentioned below, with a view to financing investment expenditure (conditions: see Chapter 3),
- financial assistance and administrative service (conditions: see chapter 4),
- administrative, financial and technical support from the contracting authority, during the duration of the project (s), hereinafter referred to as technical and financial support for the project (conditions: see chapter 5).
The maximum amount to be financed for the entire contract is EUR 6 645 127.00,
- duration: 25 years; the contracting authority chooses when ordering the credits,
- periodicity of the revision: annual variable rate and fixed rate, the contracting authority chooses at the time of ordering the credits,
- frequency of allocation of interest and booking commission during the credit opening: quarterly,
- periodicity of the depreciation of the capital and the allocation of the interest,
- half-yearly for interest and annual for capital.
