The purpose of this public tender is to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of 3 contract parties that are capable of supplying all ICT hardware (within the scope of the contract) that will be delivered to Dr. Ir. Nassau College is needed and where the Dr. Nassau College does not have to start separate (European) tendering processes for each investment and thus complies with the general principles of procurement law. The 3 contract parties will be given the opportunity to offer a quotation per request through mini competitions. The framework agreements are concluded for a period of 2 years, with an implicit extension of 2 times 1 year. The agreements start on 1.1.2019 and are legally ending on 31.12.2022, including optional extension.

The dr. In view of current developments and the replacement plan, Nassau College expects to request approximately EUR 180,000 (incl. VAT) per year in the mini competition in the coming 4 years. The aforementioned amount is only indicative and does not constitute a guarantee for the future purchase pattern. (Purchase) guarantees can in no way be derived from this. The actual scope of the framework agreement can therefore deviate positively or negatively from the stated indication.
