H. Skjøde Knudsen A / S is to construct 46 turnkey publicly supported family dwellings with associated garden areas for the Funen Almennyttige Boligselskab.

The tender includes 12 specialist contracts offered in 12 separate sub-contracts, which will be executed in a rough house of approx. 4 117 m 2 spread over 5 floors.

Prior to the contract, a construction site, sub-construction consisting of soil, foundation, utilities, terrain tires and sewerage has been completed.

641 Internal walls (porous concrete):

Delivery and installation of interior porous concrete walls in the apartments.

731 Painter's work:

Painting work in all apartments and in all living spaces.

741 Kitchen:

Delivery and installation of kitchens in all apartments.

751 Elevator:

Delivery and mounting of elevator.

651 Masonry (masonry):

Masonry of facade wall incl. scaffolding, etc. as well as interior tile work in all hallways on the ground floor.

671 Steel construction, incl. balconies, shelters and steel for roof ventilation:

Delivery and installation of balconies, guardrails, fittings and structural steel.

681 Roofing:

Delivery and mounting of roofs incl. smoke trap in stairwells.

691 Floors:

Delivery and installation of subfloors and floors.

701 Electric (incl. Door phone):

Delivery and installation of Electric work in all apartments incl. all living spaces, as well as the delivery and installation of door phone systems.

702 Household appliances:

Supply and assembly of home appliances in all apartments.

711 Plumbing:

Delivery and installation of plumbing work in all apartments incl. all lights.

721 Ventilation work:

Delivery and installation of ventilation work in all apartments incl. all lights.
