the consultation initiated aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement, as regulated by Articles R2162-1 and following the Public Order Code (CPC).

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to carry out project management missions and related services.

It was passed for the needs of the design and realization of urban requalification, as part of the commitment program for the renewal of the Mining Basin. The main place of performance of the services is: Cité Darcy - hénin beaumont (62)

The Single Successful Framework Agreement will be carried out partly through the issuance of purchase orders and partly through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Purchase orders will be issued and subsequent contracts will be concluded upon the occurrence of the requirement(s), not according to a pre-established schedule.

The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 1,400,000 euros (excluding tax).

The following missions will result in the issuance of purchase orders:

- preliminary missions (heading A of the bpu/dqe)

- additional missions (heading D of the Bpu/Dqe)

- maximum daily cost for special missions: (heading E of the Bpu/Dqe)

The following engagements will result in subsequent contracts:

- pre-operational missions (heading B of the bpu/dqe)

- operational missions (heading C of the Bpu/Dqe)
