Funeral and green maintenance services for the cemeteries of the city of Bietigheim-Bissingen, here: Green maintenance services (Lot 2)
The subject of the tender is a framework agreement in two lots for the provision of funeral services (Lot 1) and green maintenance services (Lot 2) for the cemeteries of the city of Bietigheim-Bissingen. For technical reasons, both lots will be published at the same time in their own project rooms of the award portal. This notice relates only to Lot 2.
Lot 2 deals with green maintenance services. This includes, in particular, the trimming of the hedges and the pergola, the mowing of the lawns (both the frame greenery and the cleared graves in the grave plots), the removal of leaves on said lawns, the cleaning of all paths and places including winter service (clearing and spreading depending on weather conditions) as well as the care (watering and weeding) of the summer pile, the perennial and war grave areas.
The volume of contracts envisaged in Lot 2 covers the entire duration of the framework agreement in respect of the following main activities:
