The subject of the contract includes the performance of public transport services in the area of the city of Zgorzelec, on working days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The service will be carried out on three lines of communication.
1. The approximate volume of transport work, during the term of the contract, is approximately 120,535 vehicle kilometers (wzk) in total for three lines. A detailed timetable for individual communication lines is included in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
2. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide transport services in accordance with the quality standards set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ. In extraordinary situations occurring for reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party, i.e. in the event of changes in traffic organization caused by m.in road lane occupations due to breakdowns, sports events, road accidents, the Ordering Party may change the scope of the transport service for a short-term period without the need to draw up an annex to the contract.
3. During the period of execution of the subject of the contract, when this is due to changes in traffic organisation or due to legitimate transport needs, the Ordering Party will have the right to change the timetable.
4. The proceeds obtained from the collected transport fees and additional fees constitute the Contractor's income. The above does not apply to Euro-Nysa-Tickets and the Europa-City Ticket, for which the distribution of proceeds from sales will take place in accordance with the content of the agreement concluded with ZVON, which the Operator selected in this proceeding will be obliged to conclude - the draft agreement is attached to the draft agreement (No. 6).
5. Freight services do not include route commutes and depot exits and technical crossings.
6. Detailed description and method of execution of the order was included
in the draft contract, constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.
7. The subject of the contract will be provided by internal combustion vehicles (buses) meeting all the minimum technical requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Appendix No. 6 to this SWZ and presented by the Contractor in the list of equipment constituting Annex 4C to the SWZ.
8. Internal combustion vehicles (buses) used to provide the subject of this order must be manufactured no earlier than in 2012 - regarding the basic rolling stock. The year of production of internal combustion vehicles is a non-price criterion for the evaluation of tenders, under which the Contractor may receive additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XVIII of the SWZ.
9. The Ordering Party requires that internal combustion vehicles (buses) with the use of which the Contractor will provide the subject of this contract have an exhaust emission standard of at least EURO-5 - regarding the basic rolling stock.
In the case of offering combustion buses with a higher emission standard, i.e. EURO-6, the Contractor may receive additional points under the off-price criterion for evaluating tenders, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XVIII SWZ.
