The city of Hanau has a part of the Bürgerpark Hochgericht at its disposal for the construction of a new day care center with 7 groups. On the more than 6,000 m² plot, a construction window of 70.00 m x 38.5 m is designated. The furnishing is to be planned as a 2-storey building. The currently existing playground is omitted.

The planning for the new building is to take place in 2022/23.

Planning services are required for this, which are to be awarded in connection with the facility 10 in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 3 Property Planning §33 et seq. Award criteria:

Project-related project management/personnel deployment concept 10%

Project analysis/concept idea/solution approach 60%

Fee offer 15%

presentation 15%

Term of the contract:

ca. 06.2023 - 12.2027

Planning is scheduled to begin in mid-2023. Execution is expected to begin in spring 2024. For this purpose, services are to be awarded in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 3 Object Planning §33 ff in conjunction with Annex 10. The work phases 2 - 8 are to be commissioned.
