1. The object of the order is:

Expansion of the Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o. Waste Management Plant consisting in:

1) extension of the existing Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at the premises of the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o., along with the necessary infrastructure including the fire tank. (Stage I) in accordance with the design documentation and building permit – decision no. AB.6740.1.101.2016 of 12.04.2016 being annexes to this SWZ,

2) construction of a construction waste yard with an area of 2990 m2 together with the accompanying infrastructure in accordance with the design documentation and building permit – decision no. AB.6740.1.438.2018 of 12.07.2018, and amendment to the building permit no. AB.6740.1.18.2023 of 26.01.2023. being annexes to this CMS,

3) obtaining final decisions on the occupancy permit.

General scope of the item of the order:

1) The scope of the subject of the contract includes construction works, obtaining the necessary decisions allowing for use or partial use or no objection to the notification of the competent construction authority about the completion of construction, preparation of as-built documentation, necessary operating instructions and provision of guarantees, in accordance with the procurement documents;

2) As part of the implementation, the Contractor should, in particular:

a) get acquainted with the SWZ,

b) apply the document circulation procedure developed by the Investor's Supervision Inspector, constituting Annex 6 to the model agreement – Annex 6 to the SWZ,

c) prepare all documentation necessary for the implementation of the construction such as PZJ, BIOZ plan and obtain all decisions to obtain an occupancy permit or partial occupancy permit or no objection to the notification of the competent building authority about the completion of construction,

d) perform construction works in accordance with the attached documentation,

e) obtain all necessary decisions/arrangements allowing the use of the facility after the completion of works;

3) The construction site will be handed over to the Contractor on the day of conclusion of the contract, in the presence of the Investor's Supervision Inspector and the Ordering Party's representative. After taking over the construction site, the Contractor bears full responsibility for the area and the machines, devices and facilities located on it. After handing over the construction site, the Ordering Party, the Supervision Inspector and the Author's Supervision have the right to enter the construction site at any time;

4) The Contracting Authority has a technical (geodetic) survey – situational and altitude measurement, with information about the current elevations of the investment area and the thickness of the humus layer – Appendix No. 25 to the SWZ.

5) The Contracting Authority has construction logs for the above-mentioned task and will hand them over to the Contractor on the day of conclusion of the contract.

6) The Contracting Authority informs about the possibility of conducting a site inspection by the Contractors at the place of performance of the contract. The costs related to the on-site inspection shall be borne by the Contractor. On-site inspection can be made on working days, from 9:00 to 13:00. In order to participate in the on-site inspection, the Contractors are obliged to report (by e-mail) to the person authorized to communicate with the Contractors, indicated in Chapter VIII of the SWZ, the names of persons who will take part in the on-site inspection (the Contractor will be obliged to fulfill the GDPR information obligation referred to in Chapter XX of the SWZ). The on-site inspection will be carried out after prior agreement and confirmation of the exact date and time with the Ordering Party. Persons who come for a site visit (administrative building – secretariat) are required to have an identity document with them. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not envisage a meeting of Contractors in order to clarify doubts regarding the content of the SWZ, and during the on-site inspection it will not answer questions related to the SWZ, in particular the description of the subject of the contract.

At the same time, the Contracting Authority shall inform that it does not require the Contractor to carry out a local vision or to check the documents necessary for the execution of the contract referred to in Article 131 (2) of the Law Pzp.

7) The Contracting Authority informs that it has attached to the procedure in question, as a detail, an extract from the answers to the questions raised at the stage of the previous tender procedure no. ZP/ZZO/2/2023 for the task called: "Extension of the existing Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o., along with the necessary infrastructure including the fire protection tank. and the construction of a construction waste yard as part of the project entitled "Extension of the Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o. Waste Management Plant" constituting Annex 27 to the SWZ.
