Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of toys, games and art materials (moveable equipment) to the contracting authority's member municipalities - Midt-Telemark, Nome, Seljord, Vinje, Nissedal, Kviteseid and Tokke municipalities.

Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of art materials, games and toys.

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority´s ongoing need for art materials and toys in an efficient and rational way and at the lowest possible cost for the contracting authority.

The tenderer must use his expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the objective of the contract.
