The purpose of this contract notice is to define the conditions for the consultation on the supply of a 225 KV / 2x15 KV transformer.

The CEA of Grenoble is supplied with 225 KV and 2 transformer 225 KV / 2 * 15 KV * 2 * 40 MVA ensure redundancy n + 1 the supply of the HTA loops of the site.

One of the two transformers was replaced in 2015 (TR 611), the second (TR 612) is planned to be replaced in 2025.

The purpose of this contract notice concerns the TR 612 replacement project and is to define the conditions for the consultation on the supply of a 225 KV / 2x15 KV transformer. It is our main constraint that the main constraint of the project concerns the ability to coupling with the TR 611 during failover operations for maintenance or operation.

The scope of the market is broken down as follows:

• The firm tranche that corresponds to the supply of the Equipment comprising:

o project management,

o studies,

o the design and manufacture of the electrical transformer,

o Accompaniment for connections of high currents and low currents, high and low voltage,

o Support for power-on,

o tests and acceptance in the presence of the entities of CEA/Grenoble and RTE,

o the drafting of all the documents necessary for the monitoring and progress of the project,

o participation in prevention plan meetings,

o the reception, the validation of the progress situations, the follow-up of the guarantees of good completion during the period,

o the delivery after control of the Files of the Works Executed (DOE), with test reports, technical sheets, user and maintenance manuals, plans, diagrams, etc.

o User training in the first-level use and maintenance of the Equipment,

o The warranty of the Equipment for 12 months.

• The following optional tranche:

o Optional tranche n°1: Extension of the guarantee by 12 months, at the end of the second year of warranty.

The execution of the optional tranches is subject to the decision of the CEA to strengthen them. This decision is notified to the Data Holders by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

The absence of an optional tranche does not give rise to any compensation to the Holder.

• The following options:

o Option n°1 (optional costing): transport and integration of the Equipment in the cubicle, according to the Incoterm DAP,

o Option n°2 (optional costing): Reprocessing of the old transformer.

The CEA will decide whether or not to exercise the options at the signing of the contract. Any option exercised on this deadline will be deemed integrated into the Equipment.

Failure to exercise the options does not give rise to any compensation to the Holder.
