Seine-Saint-Denis Habitat is a public housing office (OPH) subject to the rules of commercial accounting since 1 January 2012. Having the status of a public industrial and commercial establishment, the appointment of the statutory auditor must be made in accordance with the rules of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Articles R.423-27 and R. 423-28 of the Construction and Housing Code, Seine-Saint-Denis habitat appointed an auditor in 2017 to validate the accounts for the period 2018-2023. As the current contract expires with the validation of the 2023 accounts by the Board of Directors of the Office, it is therefore renewed for a new period of 6 years, covering the financial years 2024 to 2029.
