the present notice concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders relating to “the supply of rigging and accessories of various brands or equivalent for the ships of the French Navy”. It is part of a restricted tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of articles L2324-2, L2325-1.1° and R2361-2 to R2361-7 of the Public Order Code.

pursuant to Articles R2372-19 to R2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement presenting significant technical uncertainties will include a provisional part for supply orders.
