The object of the order is a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located in the Luzhna Municipality. A detailed description of the order in question shall be determined by the Specification of the Terms of the Order.
The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of the following waste:
- mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-plant packaging and metal, glass, biowaste) created on inhabited properties,
- mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-plant packaging and metal, glass, biowaste) created in educational establishments of Luzhna Municipality and buildings owned by Luzhna Municipality,
- mixed and segregated properties which are owned by Luzhna Municipality: waste mixed from municipal cemeteries (1,1 m3 containers) and segregated waste (paper, metal, plastics, glass, multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste, waste, waste, waste, waste, waste hazardous, expired medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and batteries, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-size waste, spent tyres, repair and construction waste, textile waste and clothing) from the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point located in Wola Lużańska,
- waste resulting from an emergency situation (e.g. fire, dumping of waste, etc.).
Estimated quantities of waste planned for collection and management during the contract period:
a) mixed - 600 Mg
(b) plastics, metal, multi-plant packaging, glass, paper, biowaste — approx. 361 Mg,
(c) hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and batteries, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-size waste, spent tires, repair and construction waste, textile waste and clothing— approx. 159 Mg.
The Purchaser reserves that the amounts given are estimates and are primarily used to estimate the cost of providing the service. Due to the necessity of collecting the amount of waste other than the indicated one, the Contractor will not be able to claim damages.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements to the Contractor shall be determined by the Specification of the Conditions of the Order with the Annexes.
