The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 3,308,500.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the municipality of Spytkowice in 2023. Order completion date:

a) commencement of the execution of the subject of the contract: within three days of submitting the instruction;

b) completion of the subject of the contract: 15.12.2033 r.

The final date for using the loan is 22.12.2023. The loan will be repaid in 9 installments in the period from 31/03/2024 to 31/03/2032.

The indication of the date of performance of the contract is justified by the need to complete all substantive activities by the end of the financial year in question.
