The intervention includes the executive design and execution of works related to the construction of an "Anaerobic treatment plant of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste for the production of biomethane, according to the conditions established by the final project, approved by resolution of the Municipal Council no. 161 of 23.05.2023. The plant in question will be located at the Municipality of Fermo, in C.da San Biagio in the immediate vicinity of the existing Integrated Center for Urban Waste Management (CIGRU) and an active landfill for non-hazardous waste. The work is to be understood as a complex plant system consisting of an anaerobic digestion section for the production of biogas and its subsequent purification to obtain biomethane
