Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training board (KWETB) requires a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of ICT Managed Services. The successful Managed Service Provider will be responsible for all server infrastructure including backups in KWETB, they will also provide a hosted managed helpdesk with first level support. In addition, KWETB expect the successful tenderer to provide third level support for issues not resolved by (2nd level) on-site support technicians.
