This contract is launched by ORES SC, a subsidiary of ORES ASSETS SC, in charge of the day-to-day operation of the activities of ORES ASSETS SC and hereinafter referred to in the document as "ORES".
This contract is for the services associated with the migration of the current SAP ERP ECC 6 EHP7 system from ORES to SAP S/4HANA through the "Selective Data Transition" (SDT) migration scenario.
ORES has set up a program called "NEO (New Operational Ecosystem)" to support the migration of its SAP ECC ERP to SAP S/4HANA. The NEO program aims to replace SAP ECC-based business management systems with the SAP S/4HANA integrated system, which will have to comply as much as possible with industry standards and best practices and make operations smooth in order to meet the challenges of the future of ORES.
In view of the complexity of the project and the difficulty of defining beforehand and unilaterally the precise rules (in particular the technical elements) which should apply to the contract, the contracting authority decided to award this contract by competitive dialogue: the contracting authority thus intends to conduct a dialogue with companies and/or groups of companies which meet the selection criteria defined in the contract notice, in order to identify the solution that will best meet its needs.
