The competition concerns a framework agreement regarding construction services in the following disciplines:

1. building technical work/carpentry, joinery;

2. electrical installations;

3. plumbing works;

4. ventilation works;

5. ground and machine work.

Tenderers have the opportunity to submit tenders for one or more disciplines.

The work will consist of various repairs, maintenance and minor new buildings/structures, on public property and buildings, such as town hall, school, kindergarten, etc. The Award authority intends to enter into an agreement with a minimum of 3 suppliers in the various disciplines.
