The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to tender for the production and supply of a C-130 mock-up and the maintenance of existing and new mock-up.

To train units as realistically as possible, either a mock-up or a C-130 Hercules aircraft is required. The latter is difficult to achieve due to the scarce availability and the different planning systems of CLSK and CLAS units. In addition, a deployable C-130 is an expensive educational tool for this training. The Ministry of Defense intends to purchase a mock-up of the C-130 including 10 years of maintenance. This maintenance contract must also include the existing mock-ups. There are a total of nine (9) pre-existing mock-ups. There are three types of mock-ups at the Ministry of Defence spread over 2 locations: Assen and Schaarsbergen. These should be reduced to 0(zero)-position/new condition by, for example, replacing old elements on the mock-up.
