NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group (acting as coordinating Commissioner), NHS South Norfolk CCG, NHS North Norfolk CCG and NHS West Norfolk CCG require to procure care services within a Nursing Home, and Domiciliary care, for patients who are eligible for NHS CHC funding. The patient cohort will include adults and children. This Contract Notice is to re-open the window for tendering for this requirement; the original contract notice was 2016/S 115/204269 and providers who have tendered for these services in that notice do not need to re-apply.
