According to current knowledge, ETH Zurich intends to operate the system introduced in 2019 based on the DirX Suite for a period of the order of 15 years. This strategic decision will be revised as required, but at least every 5 years from 2020. Against this background, ETH Zurich intends to ensure the maintenance and further development of the system as part of a long-term cooperation with a specialist partner.

The aim of this tender is to define the contractual framework for the above-mentioned cooperation. For this purpose, a service contract is drawn up (no staff hire). The respective assignments and support agreements are agreed annually based on this set of rules and the corresponding orders are placed. See specifications for details.

Solution support (lot 1a):

Includes the support services provided by the provider to ensure that the IAM solution runs smoothly, without errors and with high performance.

Development IAM (core area) (lot 1b):

Includes the support services of the provider to ensure the effective, efficient and error-free handling of further development projects in the area of IAM.

Development of DirX Access (run-time component) and DirX Audit (lot 2):

Includes the support services of the provider to ensure the effective, efficient and error-free handling of further development projects in the area of IAM.
