Realization of a logistics platform (new building or rehabilitation of an existing one), in the Nice region (06) in one of the following formats: BEFA and / or VEFA and / or CPI
Design and implementation of a logistics platform of the order of 5,000 m 2 The area on which this platform will be built is the perimeter delimited by the map available on MAG e-Sourcing. Any application outside this area will not be considered and declared non-compliant. For the realization of this platform, the surface of the ground must be 3 times the surface of the frame (to envisage 40 m of recoil in relation to the platforms). The purpose of the consultation is to build a platform and control the land, or the rehabilitation of an existing building.
