5100 outdoor facilities as part of the general renovation of the middle school, Sportpark 1, in 87656 Germaringen, the outdoor facilities will be revised.

The middle school is outsourced for the period of the renovation. The directly adjacent elementary school remains in operation. The sports hall will remain in operation until April 2020.

The middle school will be back in operation at the beginning of the 2020/2021 school year.

The redesign of the outdoor facilities is divided into 3 sub-areas, which are divided into several small areas, which the contractor can process flexibly and according to the progress of construction or the preliminary work of other trades: area north, area south and area parking lot / gym.

Total area about 3 850 m 2 The following work must be carried out in all areas:

- Demolition work on the covering areas depends on the progress of the construction and its use as a storage area and must be carried out successively accordingly. All granite components are to be carefully demolished for reuse, all other materials are to be disposed of by the contractor.

The excavated material is to be stored on rent and, after being designated by the client, sampled by an independent institute and disposed of in accordance with the result:

- earthworks,

- drainage and lighting foundations,

- Installation of base layers and leveling,

- covering edging with last stones and one-liners,

- make eaves strips with gravel,

- green work with sowing,

- Planting trees, shrubs, shrubs

Further work in the north area - terracing area with block steps, precast concrete parts and L-wall washers,

- Pavement coverings in different colors and laying patterns, create the yard area with seepable pavement - Lay the slab covering on the terrace cafeteria and entrance areas of the school and gym,

- Create tree islands with under planting

Further work in the south area - terracing area with natural stone blocks and L-wall washers,

- Establish an escape route from the 2nd basement,

- Access ramp yard west side,

- produce seepable pavement according to the laying pattern, if necessary with small stone strips,

- Create a water-bound pathway with Stabilizer,

- Installation of stairs connecting courtyard with gym

Further work in the area of parking lot / gym - lane parking lot with a two-layer asphalt surface,

- install barrier-free parking spaces,

- produce seepable pavement with lawn joints,

- Install equipment (bicycle parker, flagpoles).
