The content of this tender is the renewal of the IT infrastructure and low-voltage technology within the framework of the Digital Pact Duisburg Schools (here: Package 28 Schule Am Park in Duisburg-Röttgersbach)

The objective for the city of Duisburg is the priority investment in the basic IT structure within the Duisburg schools with comprehensive LAN cabling, WLAN equipment and the resulting electrical equipment, which is required for the operation of devices, display and interaction devices and all other IT technologies.

The results of school inspections clearly show the urgent and extensive need for investment in the IT infrastructure in Duisburg schools. However, upgrading the digital infrastructure cannot be dispensed with, as it only provides the basis for digital devices to be used.

Likewise, a structured cabling of the classrooms with a sufficient data transmission rate is indispensable so that they can be used by all students and teachers at the same time without performance drops, e.g. to supplement teaching content with current information by accessing the Internet.

Without a socket or an electrical connection, neither a WLAN network nor a beamer, screen or similar can be operated. Thus, at the same time as the procurement of digital display devices and the active network components, the establishment of a corresponding low-voltage supply must also be ensured.

This tender is now for the electrical construction work for the school "Paket 28 Schule Am Park in Duisburg-Röttgersbach".
