The municipality would like tenders for snow clearing and ploughing on municipal roads, footpaths and parking lots, etc.

The intention is to enter into snow clearing contracts for a period of up to 3 years (2023-2026), with the first season being 2023/2024.

The aim of the procurement is to secure winter maintenance on the municipality's road network as well as other municipal properties. The municipality would like the winter maintenance to be carried out by one tenderer.

The chosen tenderer must familiarise himself with all the described roads/areas before each winter season. This is so that feedback can be given to the contracting authority on road conditions that can damage machines/equipment, or damage the property of others. Examples can be manholes that stick up and must be lowered/refilled, stones that stick up, etc.

The contract includes snow pole placements/ploughing/grading/clearing/steaming/clearing ice/excavating/sanding, and brushing, etc.
