The EEA wishes to enter into a framework contract with an experienced service provider to deliver man-guarding services and other security-related services as well as reception services, in order to ensure the security and safety of its premises, staff, visitors and operations, enabling it to fulfil its mandate. Purchase and/or maintenance of security and access control systems are also part of the scope of this call for tenders.

The EEA requires the provision of a various range of services, such as:

— provision of maintenance and repairs of security systems and equipment and supply of security and safety consumables and equipment. Man-guarding: protective security to the EEA premises, staff, equipment and operations,

— provision of security reception services,

— mail internal distribution services.
