From mid-2023, the awarding body of Helmholtz Zentrum München - German Research Center for Environmental Health (GmbH) will need a new procurement management system in order to be able to carry out the extensive tenders to cover scientific, administrative and infrastructural requirements in the best possible way. A powerful software is required, which enables tenders according to all common legal regulations (GWB, VgV, UVgO, VOB...).

The term of this contract is 12 months from 01.08.2023 with the option of the client to extend the contract seven times for 12 months each. The contract is automatically extended by 1 year if it is not terminated by the client with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the contract period. In any case, the contract ends on 31.07.2031 without the need for termination.
