Framework agreement for the production and delivery of labels in various versions (with consecutive numbering, barcode, blank) and thermal transfer films to the German National Library at both locations (Frankfurt and Leipzig)

The German National Library (client) intends to conclude this framework agreement on the production and supply of labels and thermal transfer films.

The annual requirement includes the following quantities (estimates):

1. 46,800 pieces - 300 sheets à 156 labels AKZ (accession number) labels for Leipzig bedarf

2. 936,000 pieces - 6,000 sheets of 156 labels AKZ labels for Frankfurt and Leipzig 6,000 sheets per year

3. 150 rolls of 1,000 barcode labels on rolls for GoDEX, models G500 and EZ 1100 Plus printers

4. 25 rolls of thermal transfer film for GoDEX printers, models G500 and EZ 1100 Plus

5. 1 roll of 2,000 blank labels

6.1 roll of thermal transfer film

7. 4 rolls of 2,000 signature labels

8. 1,400,000 signature labels - 560 rolls of 2,500 labels

9. 110 rolls of thermal transfer films

The aforementioned requirements are estimated quantities. Over- or undershoots (excess or short quantities) of up to 20% are possible.

Delivery shall be made partly to the Frankfurt and partly to the Leipzig location of the client. The contractor receives information about this from the individual call-off.
