The Municipality of Hoofddorp is looking for a party for the development and realization of a sports hall as part of the development of Lincolnpark Second Phase. Through this announcement we inform you that the selection procedure for the sports hall with catering will start soon.
The Lincolnpark Second Phase project involves the realization of an urban district in Hoofd-dorp. In the Centre sub-area, the municipality plans to develop a sports hall with catering facilities. The sports hall will be used during the day by the two adjacent schools and in the evenings and weekends by associations. The catering industry is located on a square where, among other things, supermarkets are also realized.
The Lincolnpark project focuses on socially sustainable, energy-neutral and circular ambitions. The municipality would also like to see these ambitions applied to the realization of the zero-on-the-meter sports hall with catering facilities.
