The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning and household waste removal services from the common areas of the buildings and offices of the Office. The market is mixed: it is treated at a fixed price for cleaning and household waste removal services. It also includes a part with order forms for more exceptional services. The consultation is broken down into two batches. Each lot corresponds to a market.
Collection and cleaning of household waste from buildings managed by the OPHCleaning and removal of household waste from all the residences managed by the OPH of Vitry. The services to be performed as well as their frequency are specified in the CCTP specific to lot 1.
Cleaning and collection of household waste from offices managed by the OPHCleaning and removal of household waste from the offices (headquarters and administrative premises) of the OPH. The services to be performed as well as their frequency are described in the CCTP specific to lot 2.
